Welcome to the Citywide Chapter of the Mademoiselle Service & Social Club
Membership
The Citywide Chapter accepts applications for new members each Fall. Please check back on our site for updates.
Eligibility Criteria:
· A female student between the ages of 14-18 currently enrolled in a high school in the Houston area that DOES NOT HAVE a Mademoiselle Chapter. Schools with Mademoiselle Chapters are Alief Taylor, Galena Park, and North Shore.
· Grades no less than “C” and conduct no less than “S” in each registered class
· Attendance at the Parent/Interest Meeting
Application:
· Completed application form
· Submission of a Rosebud Progress Report
· Submission of a Referral Form
· Payment of Initiation Fee
Judging Criteria:
· MLLES will review applications
· MLLES will inform students of their acceptance or denial via formal letter via email. (Acceptance or denial is at the discretion of MLLES)

Citywide Membership Dues
Citywide membership dues are $25/semester and are due at the first meeting of each semester. Dues may be paid in full at the beginning of the academic year. If a payment plan is needed, please speak to the chapter liaison for approval to set up recurring payments.
